In order to help meet the ongoing need for access to health services in the Las Vegas community, Southwest Medical has added 10 new providers, who join 350 local health care providers in 22 medical health care centers across Southern Nevada.
Dr. Brent Devera joins Southwest Medical’s Nellis Health Center (540 N. Nellis Blvd.) and specializes in primary care. Devera completed his medical training at Touro University in Henderson and completed his residency at Carolinas Healthcare Systems in Morganton, North Carolina.
Dr. Girisha Kaur joins Southwest Medical’s Eastern Health Center (4475 S. Eastern Ave.) and specializes in primary care. Kaur completed her medical training at American University of Antigua College of Medicine in Antigua, West Indies and completed her residency at Baptist Health in Madisonville, Kentucky.
Dr. Anthony Welch joins Southwest Medical as a hospitalist. Welch completed his medical training Touro University in Henderson and completed his residency at Northside Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Janice Aguinaldo, APRN joins Southwest Medical’s Eastern Health Center (4475 S. Eastern Ave.) and specializes in primary care. Aguinaldo completed her medical training at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
Dr. Darlicia Alexander joins Southwest Medical’s Surgery Center (2450 W. Charleston Blvd.) and specializes in anesthesia. Omar completed her medical training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and completed her residency at Saint Luke's Hospital in Kansas City.
Aaron Bellow, APRN joins Southwest Medical’s Eastern Health Center (4475 S. Eastern Ave.) and specializes in urgent care. Bellow completed his medical training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
Eric Haralson, PAC joins Southwest Medical’s Nellis Health Center (540 N. Nellis Blvd.) and specializes in primary care. Haralson completed his medical training at Touro University in Henderson.
Marcus Pace, PAC joins Southwest Medical’s Eastern Health Center (4475 S. Eastern Ave.) and specializes in urgent care. Pace completed his medical training at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.
Greg Peistrup, APRN joins Southwest Medical’s Durango Health Center (7150 S. Durango Dr.) and specializes in urgent care and convenient care. Peistrup completed his medical training at Graceland University in Independence, Missouri.
Teresa Praus, APRN joins Southwest Medical’s Nellis Health Center (540 N. Nellis Blvd.) and specializes in urgent care. Praus completed her medical training at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
