Henderson’s Accelerated Development Focus for Next HCC Breakfast

HENDERSON, Nev. – Scott Muelrath, president and CEO of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, will present “East to West – A Virtual Tour of Henderson Developments” at the Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s network breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, in the Cancun Room at Fiesta Henderson, 777 W. Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson.

Muelrath will provide attendees with information about current area developments including Lake Las Vegas, Galleria Drive, Cadence, Cowabunga Bay Water Park, Galleria at Sunset, Roseman University of Health Sciences, Touro University, Nevada State College, Flower’s Baking Company, VadaTech, Barclaycards, Lifetime Fitness, St. Rose Siena Campus, Inspirada, the Industrial Park near the Henderson Airport, and the three land parcels near the M Resort.

The event is designed to give business professionals the opportunity to network, share contacts, expand client lists and get referrals while learning what’s planned for the economic development of Henderson. The chamber is currently seeking sponsors for this event.

Muelrath has served as the chamber’s president and CEO since September 2011. Prior to his relocation to Southern Nevada, Muelrath worked in real estate and city government in the San Francisco Bay Area for seven years. He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and has called the Henderson area home since 2001. In addition to his leadership role at the Henderson Chamber, Muelrath serves on various other local boards and committees, including the City of Henderson’s Cultural Arts and Tourism board and the board of Henderson Space and Science Center.

Admission for the event costs $20 for chamber members and $40 for non-members. An additional $10 will be added for walk-ins who miss the Friday, April 4, deadline for registration. Cancellations are required for a full refund, and reservations can be made online at hendersonchamber.com.
